BÜYÜKYALI

Büyükyalı is being constructed with the partnership of Özak GYO, Ziylan Gayrimenkul and Yenigün İnşaat and with the assurance of Emlak Konut. Currently rising on the Kazlıçeşme coastal road that stretches along the Sea of Marmara, Büyükyalı establishes a new seaside neighborhood by extending the Bosporus’ coastal line. Büyükyalı is located at the very intersection of Istanbul’s all new transportation systems; road, sea and rail, right beside the Historical Peninsula. Under construction on a total area of 111 decares, Büyükyalı aims to offer “a good life” to its residents in the full sense of the word by focusing on the concepts of “human” and “good life.” Büyükyalı includes residences with various concepts and sizes, and a hotel to be operated together with the branded residences. The project also includes artistic, cultural, social and commercial areas as well as kid zones. Life is expected to start at Büyükyalı in 2019.
